Mudgeeraba has a very experienced and passionate staff. Throughout each year there is strong evidence of our staff continually ‘going the extra mile’ for our students.

Our classroom teachers are ably supported by a large number of specialist teachers who ensure our school is able to offer a broad spectrum of curriculum programs and cater for the individual needs of all students.

Specialist staff members include teachers who have expertise in particular curriculum areas. These include Health and Physical Education, Japanese, ICT’s, Science, Technology, Drama, Visual Arts, Music and Dance. Through their expertise in their specialist areas these teachers provide programs which strongly enhance the learning of all students.

Our intervention team includes Special Education Teachers, Support Teachers – Learning Difficulties, Guidance Officer, Speech/Language Pathologist and a School Chaplain. This team supports classroom teachers in developing students socially, emotionally and academically. Collaboratively collected data, program design and delivery ensure that differentiated learning opportunities are available for all students.

Our Principal, Deputy Principals, Head of Special Education Services and Curriculum Co-ordinator ably lead teams of teachers to ensure that our curriculum offerings are at the cutting-edge, our classrooms are focussed on learning and there is consistency of practice across our school.

Our leadership team and teaching staff are well supported by our Business Services Manager, numerous Teacher Aides, our School’s Officer, Cleaning Staff and our wonderful Office Staff.
